This Privacy Policy explains what information PSBAITool ("we," "our," "the site") collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. PSBAITool is a free tools website — most of our tools run directly in your browser, and we've tried to keep data collection to a minimum.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you use the site:

• Account information (optional): If you choose to "log in," we store the name and email you provide directly in your browser's local storage. This is not sent to any server and does not create a real account — it exists only on the device and browser you used to enter it.
• Tool usage history: When you use a tool, we log the tool name and a timestamp in your browser's local storage so it can be shown to you in the "Dashboard" view.
• Files you generate: Resumes, merged PDFs, compressed PDFs, and background-removed images that you create using our tools are stored as data in your browser's local storage so you can re-download them later. These files are not uploaded to us or any third party.
• Chat messages: If you use the AI Chat feature, the text you type is sent to Anthropic's API (the provider of the underlying AI model) in order to generate a response. See Section 3 for more on this.
• Automatically collected data: Like most websites, our hosting provider, analytics tools, and advertising partners may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited.

2. How we store this information

The information described above — your name/email (if provided), usage history, and generated files — is stored using your browser's local storage feature. This means:

• It stays on your device and browser only. We do not have a server-side database of user accounts.
• It is not synced across devices or browsers.
• Clearing your browser data, using a different browser, or using private/incognito mode will remove or hide this information.
• Anyone else who uses the same browser profile on your device could potentially see this information.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Some sections of this site (such as our "Recommended" tools) contain affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase or sign up, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products or services we believe may be genuinely useful.

• You can clear your saved name, history, and files at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, or using your browser's site data settings.
• You can opt out of personalized ads using the links in Section 4.
• You can choose not to use the AI Chat feature if you'd prefer not to send any text to a third-party AI provider.
