These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PSBAITool (the "site," "we," "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The short version: Use the tools reasonably, don't abuse the AI chat, understand that Pro is a paid subscription managed through Stripe, and know that free tools are provided "as is" without guarantees.

1. Who can use PSBAITool

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. The tools we provide

PSBAITool offers a set of free, browser-based tools (PDF merging, resume building, a GPA calculator, background removal, and similar utilities) along with an AI chat assistant powered by Anthropic's API. Most tools run entirely in your browser; the AI chat sends your messages to a third-party AI provider to generate responses.

We provide these tools "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Always keep your own backup copies of important files — don't rely on this site as your only storage for resumes, documents, or other files.

3. Acceptable use

When using PSBAITool, you agree not to:

Use the AI chat or any tool to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site or its tools
Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the free AI chat feature at scale
Misrepresent your identity when creating a Pro subscription or account
Use the site to violate any applicable law or the rights of others

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to anyone who abuses the site or violates these Terms.

4. Accounts and local data

The "login" feature on this site is a lightweight, browser-based convenience — it stores your name, tool history, and generated files locally in your browser rather than on a central server. We are not responsible for data loss if you clear your browser storage, switch devices, or use a different browser. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how this works.

5. PSBAITool Pro (paid subscription)

PSBAITool Pro is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks additional features, such as an ad-free experience and higher usage limits on certain tools.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not directly store your payment card details.
Because Pro status on this site is tracked locally in your browser (rather than through a full account system), your Pro status applies to the browser you completed checkout in. If you need help restoring Pro access after switching browsers or devices, contact us using the details on the site.
Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation are managed through Stripe's checkout and customer portal. You can cancel at any time; access to Pro features will continue until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
We may change Pro pricing or features going forward, with reasonable notice provided on the site.

6. Third-party services

PSBAITool relies on third-party services to operate, including Anthropic's API (for AI chat), Stripe (for payments), and Google AdSense (for advertising). Your use of features tied to these services is also subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual property

The PSBAITool name, branding, and site design belong to us. Content you generate using the tools (such as a resume you build, or files you merge or edit) belongs to you — we don't claim ownership over what you create with these tools.

8. Affiliate links

Some sections of the site include affiliate links to third-party products or services. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the products, services, or practices of these third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSBAITool and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools, including loss of data, loss of files, or issues arising from AI-generated content. Use the tools at your own discretion, and verify important outputs (like resumes or documents) before relying on them.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
